In this project, following the necessary Planning Permission and Building Regulations approvals, the property’s unused attic space was transformed into a modern and functional living area.
The project involved restructuring the roof, carrying out structural reinforcements, and installing a new flooring system. New windows and staircase access were introduced to improve natural light and accessibility.
The interior was completed with wooden flooring, glass balustrades, and modern recessed lighting, creating a bright and contemporary living space.
